Save As
Rename your Image
Make sure the image is saved as a .jpg at the highest possible image quality

Adjusting Levels
>Image>Adjustments>Levels
Channel Blue

Channel Red
(Command L)

Contrast
Channel RGB moved the gray slider a little 

To Crop
select the cropping tool and then click and the drag the area you want to crop. Before you crop, you must enter the resolution you want your image to be saved to.
